Have you been feeling maxed out and stuck in a constant state of stress and overwhelm while trying to juggle all of your responsibilities and roles?
From the outside, it probably seems like you have it all together. But internally, your mind and body are always on high alert, working overtime and wearing you down.
You've tried putting the pieces together yourself, maybe even educating yourself about the nervous system, attachment styles and trauma responses -- and you might have tried working with a therapist, but nothing seems to give you the relief and the peace you’ve been craving.
You know your nervous system is out of balance, and your body needs to learn it's safe to relax, but it’s starting to feel impossible.
I’ll teach you how to peacefully float.
If we naturally live in our heads, then cognitive-focused approaches simply strengthen a muscle that is already strong-- our intellect.
In order to learn how to float, we need to strengthen the muscle of embodied awareness. This is our capacity to feel our emotions and sensations as they arise in the body so that we can release them in the moment.
Why? Because if we don’t, then our whole system gets stuck. We become unable to truly complete the stress cycle and we get locked in a state of fight/flight/freeze/fawn indefinitely.
Our emotions and stressors then become held and stored in the way we move, breathe, sleep, digest, think, work, and interact with others.

Anxiety Therapist turned Somatic Yoga Teacher.
AND, I deeply emphasize with the experience of feeling like you’re just trying to get through the day... rather than feeling like you’re fully living it.
I also know how frustrating it is to actively seek a way out of that survival state, only to keep finding yourself sucked back into it again.
I’ve sought out yoga and psychotherapy as two separate modalities in my own healing journey-- and I always craved a space that allowed me to be with both my body and my mind at the same time.
To stretch, find some cathartic release, and regulate my nervous system through movement—while also being invited to explore my inner world and my emotions via journaling and guided discussion.
I realized other women were craving this same space, so I decided to create it.

This weekly, 90-minute class helps you release stored stress and emotions from the body.
It consists of conscious breathwork, gentle and exploratory movement, and intentional journaling + discussion around a weekly theme that is all designed to leave you feeling more open, more grounded, and more embodied each week.

Whether you’re brand new to Sarasota or you’ve lived here your whole life, I invite you into The Collective—a community focused on healing and building authentic connections. A place where you can feel seen, heard, and known. We’re doing the work, but we don’t need to do it alone.
Re-Write Your Nervous System: 4- Week Group Program
Once a year, I open the doors to my signature group program that teaches you exactly how to befriend your nervous system so that it no longer controls how you feel, think, and behave.
Through a nervous system deep-dive combined with somatic movement, you’ll learn how to reprogram your body out of a chronic stress state while fundamentally shifting how you handle stress, triggers, and anxiety now and in the future. It’s like a nourishing blend of group therapy and somatic yoga.
