What You Will Receive
Inside our Group Program You Will:
Receive 2 hours of in-person group support each week for 4 weeks
Learn tangible somatic practices to re-ground when your system becomes activated/triggered
Use somatic movement to lean into and release what your body and psyche has been storing
Understand exactly why you feel triggered in the present and where it stems from in your ‘manual’ with guidance from my 3-module digital course **(each module is 45-minutes and includes a workbook)
Re-learn the language of your body so that you can pick up on the subtle shifts letting you know you’re maxing out-- preventing you from fully burning out in the future.
Lean into the power of a collective as your nervous system learns to re-orient toward safety inside of yourself and in the presence of others.
