What You Will Receive

Inside our Group Program You Will:

  • Receive 2 hours of LIVE virtual group support each week for 4 weeks

  • Learn tangible somatic practices to re-ground when your system becomes activated/triggered

  • Use somatic movement to lean into and release what your body and psyche has been storing

  • Understand exactly why you feel triggered and what themes from the past are causing you to be triggered in the present.

  • Re-learn the language of your body so that you can pick up on the subtle shifts letting you know you’re maxing out-- preventing you from fully burning out in the future.

  • Lean into the power of a collective as your nervous system learns to re-orient toward safety inside of yourself and in the presence of others.
