While hitting the pause button on the distractions, responsibilities, and roles that consume your daily life.
The downside to weekly therapy or coaching is the pattern of starting and stopping your progress each week.
Sometimes, you don't get into the good stuff until the session is nearly over. And it always feels challenging to pick back up where you left off. Not to mention that it’s really hard to devote 1+ hours a week to self-care when life is busy and expensive.
Immersions gift you the spaciousness needed to work through deeper-rooted topics without feeling the pressure of a ticking clock. You can schedule 1-2 days to be fully present in the work…rather than 6 months of juggling weekly support with all of your other responsibilities.

1-2 Days Devoted to You and Your Healing
DAY ONE
You arrive to a calming and grounding space as you are greeted with a warm drink of your choice and a new journal for your immersion.
You have been guided through quite a bit of pre-work before your immersion, so you are ready to dive in.
You’re invited onto your mat to begin your immersion by connecting first with your body. We track your nervous system state and work together to bring your body into a state of safety and calm with movement and somatic practices.
Day one is really about exploring the themes you’ve identified in your pre-work that send your body into survival mode in daily life. We work to clear the blockages associated with those themes so that when triggers arise after the immersion, you know exactly how to handle them.
My gift is in my ability to get to the root of what is keeping you stuck— and compassionately tend to those roots so you can truly thrive.
Many of the wounds we carry from our lives are relational wounds. Feeling safe, seen, and attuned to by another heals those wounds on a subconscious level. So much of what makes this immersion transformative is my natural gift of empathy and attunement.
DAY TWO
Day two allows us to enjoy the beautiful natural environment of Sarasota. We will head to the beach at sunrise when everything is quiet and engage in walk and talk coaching— implementing more somatic practices to continue inviting your nervous system back into a state of safety.
We will end day two with a grounding practice on the beach: a blend of movement and meditation to invite in mantras and language that you can take back into daily life.
By the end of this immersion, you can expect to:
Fundamentally shift how you handle stress, triggers, and anxiety in the moment
Re-learn the language of your body so that you track the subtle cues that tell you that you’re maxing out
Know how to intervene early so that you don’t shift back into survival mode
Experience a level of self-love and self-compassion that transforms how you show up in your relationships, career, and life.
**I recommend getting a hotel nearby and limiting time on technology so you can reduce overstimulation and let your nervous system rest in between our 2 days together. Read a book, journal, have dinner, walk by the bay or on the beach, etc. Choose activities that nourish you. I am happy to give you recommendations. Give yourself plenty of time and opportunity for a good night’s sleep before joining for day 2.

Insight into the full process:
We will schedule a virtual consult to make sure an immersion is right for you and your goals.
If we feel like a good fit, I will give you immersion pre-work. This pre-work consists of a 3-module digital course that I created to help you identify the theme you’ll be working through in your immersion *this is not necessary if you’ve already completed this work in the Rewrite your Nervous System Group Program*
We will have a 1:1, 60-minute pre-immersion virtual call. This allows us to really identify the themes you’d like to address during the immersion.
Join me for the 1-2 Day Immersion
We will end with a 1:1, 60-minute post-immersion session 2-4 weeks later to check in on your experience reintegrating to daily life.
