1:1 coaching is a beautiful opportunity to focus entirely on you…

You hold so many roles — people look to you as boss, mom, co-worker, employee, spouse, business owner, friend, daughter, sister.. the list goes on. What you carry in your mental load is often exhausting.

But when you enter into my office, you get to put it all down and really tune into yourself. I guide you on how to do this and how to help your nervous system shift from a state of doing to a state of being.

The downside to traditional therapy is how rushed and unstructured it can feel. It’s often not the right formula for your nervous system to settle into safety and ease.

The ambiguous and pointed ‘what would you like to work on today’ isn’t how we start our session. You do enough mental labor everywhere else in your life. In coaching, you can relax, be led, and trust in your body and my guidance to take you exactly where you need to go.

We use time so much more efficiently as I guide you into movement, nervous system regulation, somatic practices, and talking/processing in our 2-hour session.

Dedicating 2 structured hours of coaching per week allows you to reduce the overall amount of time it takes to see progress.

Many of the wounds we carry from our lives are relational wounds. Feeling safe, seen, and attuned to by another heals those wounds on a subconscious level. So much of what makes this work transformative is my natural gift of empathy and attunement.

By the end of our coaching work, you can expect to:

  • Fundamentally shift how you handle stress, triggers, and anxiety in the moment

  • Re-learn the language of your body so that you can track the subtle cues that alert you to when you’re maxing out

  • Know how to intervene early so that you don’t shift back into survival mode

  • Experience a level of self-love and self-compassion that transforms how you show up in your relationships, career, and life.

First, we will schedule a consult call to make sure 1:1 Somatic Coaching feels right for you. The length and goals of our coaching partnership will depend on whether you have previously joined me in my group program:

Previous Group Member: 4 Session Container

If you have completed my group program, Re-Write Your Nervous System, then we will be focusing our 4 session coaching partnership on finding more resolution and healing in the themes you uncovered from your ‘Nervous System Manual.’

New to this work: 8 Session Container

If you did not complete my group program prior to our coaching relationship, we will spend the first four sessions of our container uncovering the themes from your past that are influencing you in the present, and the second four sessions on creating healing and resolution in those rooted themes.

I’d love to help you cultivate a sense of home + peace inside of yourself.
